This is a residential building designed by Giorgos Nearchou for Charalambos and Maria Papacharalambous. The structural study is prepared by Andreas N. Savva and the energy performance of the building is analised by Costas Petrides.
At the ground floor level the building is composed by an open plan living room with kitchen, a multipurpose room (office/play room), a storage room and a bathroom. At the first floor there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and a large veranda, and another two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. At the rear (North) elevation of the building there is a covered parking space for two cars (car port) and at front another two, uncovered, for visitors.
